to: GY only (: (note: it's edited and i think only a few of you have read the original one)

ive heard stuff about being outcasted, about being discriminated against and stuff like you dont know your batchmates well and you dont mix with them and its really sad. but you know what? you have to grow. you have to grow to learn how to fit in (if thats what you want, to fit in), you have to learn to know the people well and you have to put in effort to know the people well. you have to put in effort to mix with them because you can expect people to come forward to mix with you. sometimes, you just have to be more 'thick-skinned' to do well. you have to put in effort to do things well. really. dont expect things to come flying to you. it doesnt happen. you exist to put in effort to make life better for yourself and the people around you.

with regards to the issue above, i have to admit that during my lower sec days, im the most ap person you can find in co, the most frequent ponner, even ruth probably doesnt remember me coming for practices. im rowdy when i come and i leave as soon as the clock hand moves to 'co ends' time. i dont know my batch people well, i dont even know their names until sec3. when they go for outings, im not included. when they stay back to play ball, im at home rotting. if you're like that then wake up from your sleep because its something to fret about. looking back, i know that if im still as ap and pon and dont even know my batch people names, im going to regret it because i would have spent 4years in co rotting.

if given a choice, will you talk to the people you already understand or talk to the people whom you dont understand? its about making efforts to understand the people around you. really. im not saying that you shouldnt talk to the people you already understand. in fact, its a blessing to be able to have people you understand. after all, how many people do you truly understand in this world? ask yourself that question. you exist to understand the people around you, to understand their needs, to fulfill these needs, which obviously, brings us back to the point that you exist to put in effort to make life better for yourself and the people around you. i know ive not fulfilled these requirements but yeah, its always good to share and its probably something you can think about.

dont leave anyone out because it doesnt feel good. and yes, im beating about the bush about a certain somebody in guanyue whom i think doesnt deserve such treatment at all. in fact, nobody deserves it although we do have our rights to like and dislike anybody.

haha, dont get me wrong. ive not gone mad but its something im thinking about so i thought it would be nice to share it with you all. something to think about. stop wasting your life over scandalous things and dont leave anyone out because you never know when you might grow to regret your actions *hinthint* think of what you want to do with your remaining years in co, in dhs or whatever. ive reached the stage whereby i wonder what happened to my first 2years in co, in dhs.
dont be like me!
